Year 2 2025 - 2026

Welcome to Year Two

Please make sure your child brings a coat, planner and reading book with them to school. We will send reading books home and will be encouraging the children to choose a book from the class library, to develop a love of reading.

Children will continue to have fruit during morning break but if you wish for your child to bring their own snack this must be healthy and nut free.

On PE days, the children can come to school in their PE kit.

2B have their PE days Thursday and Friday.

2M have their PE days Monday and Friday.

In Spring Half Term one, we will be learning all about hot and cold places in Geography, creating our own moving story in DT, exploring different plants and animals in a range of habitats in Science and what Christians believe God in like in in RE.
